The word "Cardio" is basically an abbreviation for "Cardiovascular". What cardiovascular health is basically how healthy your heart is. There is a right amount of time to "workout" your heart. The right amount of time to workout your heart is at LEAST from 20 to 30 minutes a day. Working out your heart is important because it might help you avoid heart diseases.
There are a lot of different type of activities that can help you workout your heart!!! Some of these activities are; basketball, soccer, running, swimming, e.t.c. When you play basketball your heart is being worked out is when you are running back and forth on the court. The intensity when you are working out should be at least of 200 (MHR). You can help yourself to live a healthier life just by walking at least 20 or 30 minutes.
We can live a much healthier life by doing one on these activities. You can either walk, jog, play a sport, or just exercise at your house. Instead of being laying down all day staring at a flat TV we should try to do something to be healthier. What I will try to do during my summer vacation is to play sports and stay active as much as possible.
